Q: Mr. Bryan Cassiday, what is your latest zombie release?
CHRIS: My latest zombie novel is Poxland.
Q: Can you give us a spoiler-free quick description of it?
CHRIS: During a zombie apocalypse, CIA black ops agent Chad Halverson and a band of fellow refugees are kidnaped by an armed gang and spirited away to a top secret massive bunker complex in Area 51. Halverson uncovers a conspiracy so diabolical that it defies belief, as politicians in the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center scheme to save the world from the zombie plague.
Q: Can you tell us something unique about it?
CHRIS: Poxland depicts the zombie apocalypse and how it affects the politicians, who have the resources to find safe haven from it, and how it affects the rest of humanity, who are left to fend for themselves in the apocalyptic battle for survival. Meanwhile, the conspirators who created the zombie virus are trying to take over the world.
